A rough hand-cut opening has been made in the right hand side panel, leaving a poor finish and exposing an internal lift component that should not be visible.
Remediation Required
Provide a properly fabricated panel or trim to conceal the component and achieve a clean, professional finish.
XYZ Proposal / Response
No action required. The fall arrestor must be exposed. The hand cut rough edges of the opening are standard for XYZ installations. Client can engage local company to remediate.
